how do you do it? i cant seem to just "let go", i have to force it out, even with a full bladder. Advice?

Once on a long car trip with my girlfriend, we had just gassed up and took off down a long stretch of highway for home. We drank a lot of water that day and the urge to go hit us both at the same time. We both held it, trying to find a deserted area to go outside since there were not restrooms anywhere around. There was always either a house close by or traffic coming. We finally looked at each other and I told her that I was giving up. She said no, not to, but looked at me again and said she changed her mind. We counted three and let go at the same time while we were driving along. "Hey, that felt good." She said. Since we had enough gas to get home and didn't need to stop and get out again, we started going through all the drinks we had left in the cooler. The front seat was already soaked with pee so we just went whenever we felt like it for the rest of the trip. I must have peed myself at least six times. By the time we got home, neither one of us was even waiting anymore. I had another acident after we had gotten home and changed since I had gotten used to not holding it. She laughed at me and peed herself on purpose. Now we have contests and line up pitchers and drink constantly seeing who can pee themselves the most during an hour. Even I sit down to pee now and neither one of us takes our pants down.
