I hope you're ready to hold it. From this point on, no getting up and going to the bathroom until you finish the poll. What you CAN do, though, is fill a large glass with water (or whatever you want to drink), drink it, fill it again and come back. Capisce?

You look a little tense. Why don't you sit back and relax? That's right. Just spread your legs a bit and relax into the feeling. Imagine the water going straight into your bladder, filling and stretching it past its limits. Think about how it might feel to drink another glass or two, or four, or eight... imagine that. An extra gallon of water that you desperately need to let out. But you can hold it, can't you? You're not starting to leak already, are you?

I'll be honest, I have to pee really bad now. It's making it hard to concentrate. I meant to finish this poll before I peed but I'm on the edge of wetting... oops, I just leaked a little.

I'm so embarrassed that I peed my pants a little... I think you should push out a one second spurt of pee. Right now, as you are. Just so we're even :)

I'm going to lose control any moment now. Does that turn you on? Make you have to go worse, imagining me peeing rivers into my panties and pants and soaking the towels I'm sitting on? Can you imagine the relief, the warmth, the thick streams of urine hissing into the fabric?

Spread your legs. Don't hold yourself. Just relax. Picture yourself sitting on the toilet. Feel the porcelain beneath you, and the way you suddenly feel twice as desperate. God, you really need to go, don't you?

Get another glass to drink, and wait 15 minutes. Go on, you can hold it.

You know that feeling right before you have an accident? Right before you lose control. That mounting pressure, the pain and fullness in your abdomen, the way your pee hole burns and spasms, struggling to keep the flood back? ...Oh, I didn't have a point, really. How's that bladder feeling?

Relax and press on your bladder for 30 seconds. Can you handle the pain?

Spread your legs, turn on the tap/shower and reach your hands to the sky. Stay absolutely still for one minute.

Oops, that was a big spurt. I'm honestly not sure if I can make it to the toilet now. I'm squirming and squeezing my legs together tight, but I keep leaking and leaking. It feels so good, the loss of control is so delicious, don't you agree?

So now how bad do you have to pee?

Time for another glass of water. No holding yourself, crossing your legs or squeezing your thighs together until you drink it all.

Almost done. Now all you have to do is wait 10 minutes. To keep yourself busy, either with a pen and paper or in a word processing program on your computer, write/type "I will not wet myself" 50 times. That should help you hold... but it'd be pretty embarrassing if you lost control, wouldn't it?

One last thing... Sit or stand and spread your legs wide. Put your hands behind your back, or on your head. Stay very, VERY still for 1 minute (count to 60 slowly). If you leak or you move even a little, start over. If you start peeing, you can only stop it with your muscles, no moving to grab yourself or squeeze your legs together. It's only a minute, you shouldn't have a problem, right?
