Afraid of the toilet
I was travelling recently and walked past a family outside the public toilets. The little girl was snuffling and pitifully sobbing to herself. I caught the mom telling dad that the girl was terrified of the auto-flush toilet. The poor child was distraught. It would seem kinder if there were another solution rather than force the child through such terror.
