Posted 2010-08-22 by master9291
Just curious to see habits and why they are what they are. Feel free to comment.
In public, do you normally:
  • Stand to pee at a urinal
  • Stand to pee in a stall
  • Sit to pee in the stall
At home, do you normally:
  • Sit to pee
  • Stand to pee and put the seat down
  • Stand to pee and leave the seat up
At home, do you normally:
  • Stand to pee and put the seat down
  • Stand to pee and leave the seat up
  • Sit to pee
At other people's houses (friends, relatives, etc.), do you normally:
  • Stand to pee and put the seat down
  • Stand to pee and leave the seat up
  • Sit to pee
If you put the seat down, why do you do so?
  • Prevents germs from splashing on flush
  • Taught/told to put it down
  • Looks better
If you stand to pee at home/other's home, why do you do so?
  • Just thought it was the way it was supposed to be done
  • Quicker
  • Feels more natural/manly to stand
If you pee differently or deal with the toilet seat differently at home than at someone else's house, describe why if you would like to
If you sit to pee at home/other's home, why do you do so?
    • Have good aim, but don't like splashback
    • Have poor aim
    • More relaxing
    • Was told to (describe below)
Do you know of anyone who has been told to pee sitting down at their house or someone else's house? Have you experienced it?

    • Yes, I have been told to pee sitting down (describe below)
    • I have heard of someone being told they have to pee sitting down.
Have you or someone you know been told to sit to pee at home/someone else's home?
    • No
    • Yes (describe below)
Describe the situation in which this took place. Did you or the other person obey/continue to obey?
Do others in your house have the same habits (ie. does one person put the seat down and someone complains that you should do the same)?
