Swimmers peeing

Posted 2010-02-04 by greenpee 37 voters
The CDC did a study which revealed that 17 percent of adult swimmers admitted that they pee in the pool. I am curious to know how many adults pee in the pool, whether they admit it or not. Forget the competitive swimmers since they all seem to do it. I want to know about adult lane swimmers, recreational swimmers, aqua fitness ladies (who may be leaky) etc. I know that this is not a random survey unlike the CDC study which asked 1,000 adults randomly. Bladder control decreases and urgency, frequency, etc. increase as people age. What may seem gross to a perfectly strong 20 year old (peeing in the pool) may be normal or practical for a middle aged or elderly person with a weaker bladder.
