Just a discouraging note from the wonderful world of science...
The male urethra (tube from bladder to outside) is highly pressurized during urination, to force the pee through all of that male internal plumbing. It does NOT de-pressurize right away either.... fact is it can take 5 to 10 minutes to depressurize, and dribble out one to three teaspoons or more of urine into whatever you are wearing.
So, shaking off may be "polite" or something like that, but it's useless. You'll get a goodly squirt of pee into your clothing even if you do shake off.
For all the difference it will (or won't) make, you may as well just tuck it back into your clothing without shaking off, before you are completely finished, before even waiting all that time for the last few dribbles to finish coming out. Just tuck it in and pee the last squirt or two into your undies instead. It will all dry out completely harmlessly, and wash out in the laundry. It's a whole lot quicker and easier and handier that way too. :-)
