PLEASE ANSWER AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE...WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND I DO WITH FACING THIS?
I am going to the doctor tomorrow morning, for a very bad case of psoriasis,the doctor always prescribes a steroid shot,the shot of course goes in the butt.
The last steroid shot I received from the doctor stung and burned as it was being given,his nurse who will be giving me the shot is very beautiful,she is a blonde,with a very shapely figure and beautiful face.
I am wondering what underpants to wear to the doctor tomorrow,I have boxer shorts and white briefs,when I got the shot the last time,I lowered my pants but let the nurse (not the same nurse he has now) lower my underpants in the back for the injection.
Which underpants should I wear to the doctor tomorrow,my boxer shorts or my white briefs and should I lower my underpants in the back or let his nurse lower them in the back for the injection?

The last steroid shot I got from his prior nurse,(not his new nurse that I described in the first question),I had an almost full bladder (because I drive a fairly long distance to his office and drank alot of coffee on the way),and because the shot stung and burned while I was getting it,I had to really tighten up inside to keep from peeing during the injection,I know I will be in the same "boat" tomorrow morning,should I go to the restroom to pee after the doctor tells me he is ordering the shot,before I get the shot from his nurse,or just try and hold it in while she gives me the shot?
