I wanted to answer your questions honestly, which I did, but I have to add for clarity that I don't do them now and have not for over 30 years maybe. When I was a kid, I didn't know it could be harmful to pee in a pool, so I did it, but now I know better and don't feel any need to do this. As a kid, I guess I peed my parts to see what it felt like, now I don't like the feel of $%!@ed pants and don't do it any more.

just take my penis out through the leg and pee. No need to get the trunks wet.
So some things I have just outgrown. I wouldn't typically care about others as long as it doesn't pollute my space. I don't pee in streams or lake sides now that I understand how that can effect someone near by or down stream. Just better to go away from the water's edge a little to keep it clean for others -- maybe me.
What I do when I need to pee
If I am at the beach and I need to pee and I'm not in the water I will simply pull down my trunks enough to pull out my pen!s over the top of my trunks and pee. Or if I am in a park or I'm camping, I will do the same thing with my pants and underwear. I don't really care who sees me. Everyone knows I have a pen!s and knows what I use it for. I don't go around flaunting my pen!s or that I am peeing, but I don't waste time finding protection. I will be done a lot quicker and the shock will be over a lot faster if I just take care of my business when and where the urge strikes. If people object, I just want to say, "It's only a pen!s people, who cares?"
