Peeing/pooping in locker room

I'm a mom of 3 teenage boys and I recall taking them into the ladies room at our city pool when they were little. They had curtained of somewhat private dressing, shower stalls. With three boys, one always had to pee. The restrooms had little privacy, so I hesitated taking them to the toilets as other women were using them. As quietly as possible I'd tell them to just go here, but with four of us in there and me usually in street clothes running the shower wasn't always possible. I was always nervous about them peeing there, but it was most convienent. A few years later the boys would tell about where the others peed in the boys room and again I wondered would they get in trouble. Are new neighborhood has a private pool with a dressing cabanas for men and women, but no showers and no toilets only a portapotty outside the area. The cabanas have no roof and the walls stop a foot short of the concrete. Last summer I was dumbfounded by how many folks peed in the dressing area. Almost all the boys and even most of the men weren't a bit ashamed to pee on the floor, where everyone can see. And while I haven't noticed many women doing so, again I'm shocked how many teenage girls just pee on the floor. I guess it shouldn't really bother me since I guess I taught my boys to do so when it made it more conveinent for me and I let it go on out of my view, but it does make me a little uncomfortable to lie out with other women and have my late teenage sons run into the cabana and let loose on the concrete. They all notice and occationally comment something like "wow he really had to go" but laugh it off as most of their kids do the same, I'm just amazed by how commonplace it has become to just pee on the floor and how no one seems to be bothered by it.
