The wear of pregnancy on a woman's bladder is almost invariably damaging to some degree, and certain techniques during birth can cause bowel dysfunction. How big of an impact do you think this makes on average?
It only slightly weakens women's pottytraining.

Also consider the anatomy of the human body. A male's genetilia is uncomfortably and chafed, but a woman's is more rounded and smooth for wearing them.
