sometimes when i have to take a shower, i wait until im really desperate
then i make myself try and hold it through the enitre shower (b/c its fun and b/c it helps with bladder control)
if i can make it through the entire shower i can pee in the shower however i want... if i cant then i have to race to get to the toilet(on the other side of the bathroom) and have to clean up everywhere else i pee.

Pee in shower
Peeing in Public Showers
I've often seen other women urinating in the showers at my gym and very often at our community pool. We've had some discussions about it at our pool meetings and found that few people seriously object to it, a sign they quietly do so. I've looked for laws agaist doing so or even rules in my kids school and never found one. In fact one of the only laws I found on the subject was that of the Federal Govenment which stated, "it is unlawful to urinate within a federal building in any place other than into a toilet, a urinal, a shower stall or whithin an area designed for the purpose of showering." This has me to believe that urinating in public showers isn't unlawfull nor even impolite, based on the number of us that do so. It's just not politically correct to admit to it. Well I do.
