Ladies. When do you take some toilet paper?

While peeing in a public restroom the other day it occurred to me that some came in & pulled out some paper even before they sat down to pee, others seemed to take it later. I decided it would be fun to make this poll to see what most women do. I'm not talking about taking some to put on the toilet seat. That is different.
